'Fertigation and its Practice in China' comprises two sections. The first section is the Chinese version of IPI's Research Topic No. 23 (Fertigation, fertilization through irrigation), translated by Z. Chenglin. The second section, entitled "Fertigation in China" was jointly written by Y. Peng, T. Youguo and Z. Chenglin; it comprises seven chapters, in which it describes the current status of fertigation practices in China, the application of fertigation in greenhouses, and on horticultural and field crops, the types of fertilizers and application methods used, and future prospects for fertigation in China.
The book is one of the first of its kind to be published in China on the topic of fertigation. It is intended to serve students, scholars, researchers, advanced farmers and government entities.
Written by scientists and experts, 'Fertigation and its Practice in China' is intended to supply basic and advanced information on the fast-growing field of fertigation.
